Useful thinking.

Our approach to authorship, evidence and keeping this library useful.
Know who is speaking
Every article carries a named byline. Jeff’s Insights presents Jeff Symon’s perspective on experiential marketing, live experiences, leadership and growth. Editorial support may be used for research, drafting and production. Material attributed to AIM editorial is identified separately.
Separate experience from evidence
We distinguish practical recommendations from factual claims. Case-study context comes from AIM’s published work. External claims link to identifiable sources, with notes explaining their relevance. A campaign image is context, not proof of a result.
Make the source visible
Each article includes source links, a publication date and an updated date when substantive revisions are made. We prefer original sources and avoid invented statistics, testimonials, quotes or results.
Be useful before asking for a conversation
Articles provide a concise explanation, practical decisions and a planning checklist. You can read the full content without submitting contact details. Conversation links connect to the relevant AIM service.
Corrections and updates
If you spot an error or a source that needs updating, send AIM a correction with the article link and the detail to review.
