Idea. Rename needy dogs after things already in the spotlight – the hottest trending Internet searches, e.g., “Kim K’s Butt.”
An admittedly odd yet impossible-to-ignore name for a pup.

 

Impact. We redirected thousands of eyeballs from popular searches to our dogs. The results? Doubled the traffic to DPA.com and tripled the number of dog adoptions.


 

DPA "Muttbombing"
 

Insight. Selfies can be selfless and not selfish.
 

Idea. Muttbombing had homeless dogs photobomb celebrity Instagram posts.
 

Impact. Created a global social media phenomenon where millions of people were introduced to homeless dogs, increasing adoption rates 8x. The idea is now being implemented by shelters around the world.
